  1. There's been some movement, even the senior living facility at continental has seen life long members leave.
  2. Somebody involved in the union told me close to 500 train operators are retiring this year, anyone else hear this?
  3. New test date is up, so whoever is having DCAS issues better get it straightened out. This one is close to the end.
  4. Only flash card you need is open and close those doors as fast as humanly possible.
  5. The one thing that will get you extended for sure is calling out. Try to control that shit the best you can.
  6. B Div. But wait till you guys get in front of the tss they will tell you what's, what. Alot of people will throw shit at you the first week just be patient by the end of the week you will know what's up.
  7. If that's true then that's new, I went through it all. 6 months training then released to the road. Probation 1 yr. Now I heard the new guy in charge of school car is a hard-ass, so things might have changed.

  12. Why rcc puts on blast over the radio almost every weekend if any b division train operators that want to work overtime call the crew office. It's no secret.
  13. Well said, any financial decisions or planning should always be done based on base pay. But that said the notion that overtime is dried up is false. I get offered overtime 3 or 4 times a week.
