Not sure to be honest. I took my exam and then my spa before I was sent the canvassing letter. Perhaps they are doing it differently now? Have any received to be called in for a medical appointment? I am still waiting for mine on the 8/17 email.

That's good to know. Thanks for the update. I got my 2nd canvass letter on 8/17, and I submitted the same day. I think you will be getting your canvass letter soon too.

Most definately will do. Did anyone else receive another canvass letter notice? I'm just excited now to see how long it takes to be called. I havent done the medical or anything else. Probably around 2-3 weeks I assume?

Hey guys, I got the canvass email again on 8/17 yesterday. I filled it out and sent it in same day. Hopefully a response in next 2 weeks.

On my multiple choice examination I scored a 95.00 On my safety assessment examination I scored a PASS.

I received letter in mail on Saturday with my score and list number too. My list number is below 50 but I have no idea when they will call.

Ive been emailing Michelle like every few weeks. Should pester her like every week? lol I'm afraid she might get angry and toss my application to the bottom of the pile.

Wow congratz! I still haven't received an appointment for the drug test yet. Although I did submit all the paperwork back in September. How often are we suppose to follow up with Michelle to get an appointment for the drug test/medical?

@Kad96 no they haven't given me a list number, their response was short as always.

Just wanted to provide an update, there is a pending class in December. For those who are still waiting to be called for medical, will be contacted when the transit electrical helper hiring process resumes. This is the response I have received from Michelle.

Hey guys, so I haven't done my medical yet after submitting the canvass letter back on 9/19. I did reach out to Michelle and even called her. She didn't pick up my call as I have tried numerous times so I emailed her. Her reply to me was "You will be contacted in the future when there are opening and we are able to reach your list #. " I replied back to her asking her if she knew my list number so I have an idea where I stand and when I can expect to be called for medical but did not receive a reply after that. I sent this email to her back in October. I followed up with her today hoping to receive a response. Sounds like most people here in the forums have already went in for their medical pending next steps. I'm hoping to join you guys shortly!

I have been trying to reach MTA employment office all day today, been on hold for 2 and half hours now... I still haven't receive an email to be called in yet. Have anyone tried calling in and do they set up the appointment for you right away?
