Planned Subway Service Changes

Due to weekend service changes, C Trains will replace D Trains between 145th Street and Norwood-205th Street. Gonna be great to finally see NTTs, and even R46s, on the Concourse Line. Do they have the automated announcement programs set up, though for 205th? -
On March 26th, I did some fanning in Battery Park. Notable buses I caught include 2002 MCI D4500 #2895, and 2007 MCI D4500CL #4301.
Despite the wind, I also caught 2002 MCI D4500 #2858 on the QM7.
On my way back home, I spotted this unit on 125th Street, and wasted no time getting into position. 2021 Prevost X3-45 #1309, from College Point Depot by the way, on the BxM9 heads onto the RFK Bridge into the Bronx, with MCIs #3398 on the BxM6, and #3310 on the BxM8 following behind.

So last week, I was walking over to Dallas BBQs in the East Village, when I ran into this ex-Fairfax Connector Orion V. At first, I was only gonna film #6199 (which was on the M15 SBS to South Ferry), but then turned and saw this unit coming.

So, what do you think about rear-door boarding finally being legal? How long will it last? When will front door boarding return? How much will it cost the MABSTOA, TA and Bus Company every day?
