I want to give an update in case anyone with the same question comes across my topic. I sent my pre-employment application without my list number. I indicated in that email that I didn't have it. After the due date I finally reached someone from employment operations by phone. I was told that I just need to wait for an email with exam results. Few days later I was invited to 180 Livingston 5fl for pre-employment process. Only there I found my list number but still don't know my scores. So the list has been established but they failed to send the results. But what's interesting is that there were several other people with the same exam and all of them were called for assessment by their names before even talking to hr agent. I was the only one who wasn't called and through the hassle with agents they finally found out what I was there for and eventually was called for assessment too. Looks like there's a mess in employment operations department.

How did you know your list number? Did they email your results and list number before they sent pre-employment application?

So when you sent your pre-employment application you just left that field "list number" blank?

Mind if I ask you... When you got your email with pre-employment application did that email indicate what your list number was? I'm from a different exam for a different position. My email didn't include my list number and I'm just wondering if it's something normal. Thanks

Greetings. I got an email from MTA Certification Unit with pre-employment application form. It is a result of an exam that I took few months ago. I have to indicate my list number in the application but the problem is that I have never received my exam results. They never emailed it. Official sources online doesn't show that the list was established. How come am I supposed to know it? I tried to call MTA Employment Operations and MTA Employment Center many times yesterday and today and couldn't reach anyone. I emailed them 2 days ago asking what I'm supposed to do but haven't received any response. What should I do now? Fill out the application and inform them in the email that I don't have my list number yet?
