I was turned back because I have too many points (before CDL and it was 1 ticket in LI 6 pts for speeding ticket last year) i paid it not thinking i was called for the BO position. i was given a paper to return once the points fall does anyone know if there’s a chance? Does anyone know when the lost expires? Can the mta hires even if the list expired?

Does anybody know what is the current starting rate? I notice the rates have changed since the original notice was posted. In the original notice the stating rate was $23.84 but when i go in the open data (civil test) website I see 3 hrly rates 23.85, 24.87, and 25.49. Just curious!
