On the list check the coloum that says "list certification" thats the number of people ahead of you to be hired. As far as expiration date dont really pay that any mind they will continue to call and process people until the list closes and it might even get extended.

But also keep in mind that this exam was only the third open competitive exam for T/O position in transit history. Its been predominantly, promotional only for good reason.
