Hello, I recently had an interview for the transit analyst position. I never took the exam I just applied and was called in for an interview. I am trying to get an idea of how long the process takes to hear back. I reached out to the hiring manager and his response was HR is in the process of approving the selected candidates, what exactly does that mean? I still don’t know if I was hired, during the interview panel one person did mention that HR moves really slow, I’m just trying to get an idea on what to expect.
