  1. Hello, If you resign during probation as an Analyst will you be able to return to the MTA?
  2. Does this go for all titles or just bus operators
  3. Wow, thank you for this. Assistant Transit Management Analyst 2 (OA – Represented by TWU) Min: $75,475 – Max: $ 84,060 Staff Analyst II (OA – Represented by TWU): Min: $75,475 – Max: $84,060 I find it quite interesting that these two would have the same pay scale. I just assumed management would pay more. I would think one would hate to get a promotion and have the same pay. That's crazy. I could only imagine salary negotiations.
  4. Hello everyone, I am new to MTA and I was wondering if anyone knew the career path for staff analyst, or how to get promoted besides taking exams? I know there is an Associate Staff Analyst title. Would that be the highest point, or can you transition to another department like becoming a senior fiscal analyst?
  5. Good day all! I was recently provided a conditional offer by MTA for a staff analyst position. I have accepted the offer and given the required documents. MTA is at the top of my list. Would it be possible to obtain and maintain another job until I get a call back? On average how long does it take for one to start working after accepting a conditional offer?
