Changes were made and I believe this issue has been corrected. The ad seems to be showing where it should. I don't see it happening on my end at all. Any issues about this in the future please PM me anytime.

The only minor issue I could recreate was one with Edge. Its now working as it should. -

The recent community software update broke a few things. I have to fix things one at time so it doesn't break something else. The next time you login you should be good to go.
