  1. there have been reports from various reliable sources stating that 1201 has been at zerega undergoing testing and final touchups before entering service. it wasnt an unfounded claim. otherwise a pic would be needed.

  2. do you want to die

  3. Happy Holidays EE! I enjoy the history that you contribute to the site. I'll contribute some photos right now.

  4. He has and his name is Shortline Bus. IDK if he'll be here long as Harry doesn't tolerate multiple accounts, specifically if the other account has been banned before.

  5. It makes more sense to just extend the (N)/(W) to LGA because the subway has higher capacity and it would be a $2.25 ride compared to $5 with the Airtrain. If the el were to have a problem with NIMBYs (which shouldn't be a major factor considering this is a FANTASY map) then it could just be build underground.
  6. Excellent map so far! I'll suggest adding lines in Queens such as the Triboro RX (Bay Ridge ROW), Northern Blvd. line, extension of the (N)/(W) to LaGuardia, etc.
  7. Seeing as how often you lose your wallet on a daily basis... ...$500 says you lose it Hey, I need some of that dough too
  8. Use incandescent only at stations with incandescent lighting. If a station has flouroscent lighting, use either Warm/Cool flourescent depending on how white the lighting is.
  9. 1 aa1s0 h3rd u l13k pn31sssssssss

  10. You PM either Harry or Zach, and just ask them to change your name to what you desire it to be. They change it in a few hours afterward.

  11. you are correct my good sir

    so.....

    i herd u liek mudkipz

  12. Try Indoor, Dusk/Dawn, Sunset and Museum. Still try other scenes too other than the ones I listed.
  13. Is this the camera you're talking about? If so, then you are able to set your ISO manually (your camera has ISO settings from 64 to 1600). When you take pictures underground, be sure to set the ISO to at least 400, or higher if needed. Hold the camera still, and hold the camera straight as well. This will improve how your pictures come out. If you look at your camera there will be a setting on Image Resolution. Always set this to at least 5M (2592x1944), or to a higher resolution. A higher resolution means that your camera can capture more detail in the photos. For white balance, set it to Flourescent or Incandescent depending on what kind of light there is in the station (usually Flourescent). I find that for Night mode, you have to keep the camera really still, especially since you're not using Flash. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, your photo quality depends on what you take photos of. No matter how good your photo quality is it's not going to make a picture of the middle of the train, or a rollsign, any better.
  14. Have the ISO at 400 for the subway. I see you have an 800 option so you should try that as well. As for settings, don't use sports mode as that mode relies on good lighting conditions, from what I've heard. 800 is a bit much for outdoor cloudy pics. I generally use 200 for outdoor pictures, and either 200 or 400 if it's a cloudy day. Also, if your pics are coming out blurry then make sure they aren't unfocused and to keep your camera more still (unless you mean only the subject is blurred and not the entire picture).
  15. it's cuz he doesn't post here often. he thinks of rd as his home forum so he posts there mainly. and since he's one of the regulars there his posts stick out more often.

i think censin should post here too, he's a pretty smart guy. i should tell him about it

  16. btw, just so you know, Q89 is R110B here but he hardly posts.

RD really has died recently...i remember a month ago there were like 14 posts made in a single day.

  17. lmao! i just had to, it was too good

    i think he's "E train rider" here

  18. Standing is an even worse problem in bus lanes. If you have an M34 in the bus lane and there is a car parked in front of it then the bus has to switch lanes, create congestion, just to get back into the lane once it passes the car. Bottlenecking issues right there.
  19. Windows 2000? America Online...? My Briefcase?! ... A TRAIN AT ROOSEVELT?!?!?!?!?!? ..Wow man take it easy...
  20. not off the top of my head but i think there's one more moderator. you should check the memberlist.

  21. you should ask henry, he's the admin.

  22. yeah, he still has to attract new members and everything, implement rules, etc.

  23. thanks, apparently i'm a mod there. i was supposed to post there days ago but i've been too lazy to lol

  24. An update for my laptop (for those who I haven't shown this pic to): All the folders with dates on them are photo albums I need to sort out, organize, upload to Photobucket and subsequently to the forums. I have a bunch from June on my desktop as well.
  25. Well, one day I had the patience to reorganize most of my photos, so I've regained my patience with Photobucket for the most part. Since I don't have all my photos on my computer (my 2008 photos are on a CD) I'm too lazy to upload every picture to somewhere else.
