  1. Ok. I am sorry that I went out of control. Maybe it was the fact of using my video without permission or whatnot. I apologize to "ciboii22" for questioning his status as a busfan. I've moved on and everybody should too.
  2. First all, that is MY video you used. How about a little credit? Better yet, how about asking ahead of time? You KNOW who I am on YouTube. Second, "Cait Sith" and "TJ Trainman" are correct. NovaBus RTS-06 buses #9331, #9334 and #9339 NEVER went to LGA. They been in Manhattan as we see but NOT to LaGuardia. Why? If you are a TRUE busfan, you would see those #9331 and #9339 with "MTA Bus" logo at ENY, QV and/or FP...like #8912 and #8918 at Flatbush.
  3. Yes. I would expect all (or most) of the 1996 Novas from Fresh Pond to go to Queens Village. In return, they will give up their 9300s, 9500s and 9600s. Let's see if that happens!
  4. So, let's see why Queens Village MIGHT be swaping buses with Fresh Pond (#9350-9382 series for Fresh Pond's RTS - not saying that it's happening). Well, I'm glad you asked. Let's recap to what "Cartman1210" has pointed out at Castleton. They received 30 Nova LFS and moved out 30 NGs to Fresh Pond. Ulmer Park received almost (if not all) their Nova LFS and scrapped a few RTS buses and sent RTS buses elsewhere...like West Farms. So it's now Queens Village's turn to receive their 30 Nova LFS. The movements are preparing just for that. Now, you're telling yourself..."DUH!" Well, Queens Village is pulling a CASTLETON. When Castleton sent some NGs to Charleston, they got back Orion 05.501 buses. When NGs #4245-4278 got to Yukon (supposedly going to Yukon unless that changes) then Castleton will get back MORE Orion 05.501 buses. So Queens Village is getting older by receiving 1996 RTS buses from Fresh Pond for the 1997 (and much better looking in my opinion) RTS buses #9350-9382 series. Fresh Pond gets somewhat younger and Queens Village gets somewhat older. Same thing will happen when the Xclesiors and the NG diesels coming in. Now let's compare, Castleton receiving more Orion 05.501 buses and Queens Village receiving more RTS buses. Ulmer Park...I give up! These RTS buses like the 8700s-9200s at Queens Village may not be loaners. Happy fanning!
  5. Um...2136 has been at Queens Village for a few years now. I remember seeing that bus on the X68.
  6. Ok! A couple of updates: NovaBus RTS-06 #9205 is now at Queens Village. I spotted that bus on (I think) the Q43 at Hillside Av and 179th St. It was definitely #9205 with QV logos on it. MCI D4500 Cruiser #3000 AND #3056 are at College Point. I spotted #3000 heading into the Queens-Midtown Tunnel (Queens bound) as my X68 was coming out on the Manhattan side. Also, I saw #3056 on E 57th St heading to Queens.
  7. This kind of explains why College Point is only get 21 buses (#209-229) because Gleason may give College Point a handful of their own New Flyers. This was talked about before and looks like it might happen that way. Nice photo by the way! Last time I saw a Flyer in Queens was on the 7 train shuttle in Flushing.
  8. Dude, it's not that serious. I just asked a simple question and that was it. Next time, I will ask somebody else who actually works at the depot.
  9. Wait a second, so you have ALL 29 out of 30 right now? What buses did you loose. Seems like you only lost about 5-6 buses.
  10. You know. It would not surprise me if Queens Village is giving Jamaica their BEST NovaBus RTS-06 buses and keeping the junked ones for when their Nova LFS buses come in.
  11. #9643 has been at Flatbush for a few months now. #9643-9645 are there. I think #9646 is still at 126th St. Did you see that bus in Brooklyn?
  12. Ok well #3642 and #3645-3649 along with #3719 have made there way to JFK within the last year. #3642 and #3719 have returned to LaGuardia BUT #3645-3649 are still at JFK. As a matter of fact, I think #3642 actually went back to JFK within the past week. I think "TJ Trainman" told me that.
  13. If you are referring to the artics coming to JFK, they will be for the Q6 and Q10. I still think the Q60 may get a few.
  14. There is a reason why West Farms is seeing more and more and even more RTS buses, which the MAIN reason is pretty simple. I've been told by operator and a friend from Zerega that The Bronx has become a "High Mileage" borough. When they need extra buses to make service, they will take what they can get. In this case, 1996 NovaBus RTS-06 buses as well as 1996-1998 New Flyer D60HF 1000s. This should explain why you are still seeing those buses running around in The Bronx. Once upon a time, The Bronx was suppose to be "RTS free" Won't happen until most if not ALL the RTS are scrapped (which could be until at least 2018 or so). These RTS will become thr 1990 TMC RTS-06 buses that ran for MTA Bus until what 2009? These 1996 NovaBuses COULD (not saying that it's true) run for about another 3-5 years...just like those TMC buses ran for about 20 years total. So you will continue to see 1996 Novas hitting up West Farms but they will eventually head to MTA Bus. I hope this helps...some of you.
  15. In the latest epidsode "As the BUS moves", MCI D4500 Cruiser #3046 was seen on the QM5 by photographer Jeff Gomez (Credit goes to him). This bus was at Yonkers Depot back on APril 8th as I rode it on the BxM1. Actually on my YouTube page (TheTransitMan123), I have put up the sound recording of that bus on the highway. Have fun with the bus College Point!
  16. Yeah well guess what. LaGuardia is starting to get more. Per "TJ Trainman", NovaBus RTS-06 #9251 (from Fresh Pond) is now at LaGuardia.
  17. Okay. Well, that's my fault because I posted that about a few months ago regarding those batteries. That information came from a B/O who drives out of Charleston. So this means that the NGs are now being pushed out a lot faster than I expected.
  18. I hope you meant 8912 because 8219 was scrapped a few years ago.
  19. Yes. That bus is back at JFK. Also, MCI #3254 is at Spring Creek. Looks like they have #3232-3255 as someone else reported #3253 and #3255 at Spring Creek last month.
  20. Ok. I'm not sure what you meant by that. Also, someone mentioned that Charleston does have some runs on the x1-9.
  21. MCI D4500 Cruiser #2140-2184 and #2186-2190 are at Charleston.
