  1. Deadline was a few weeks ago. We'll find out in Late March/Early April.
  2. I can definitely confirm 4098, saw it last night on the Q65 around midnight.
  3. I don't know where you are getting this information from, but 124 is still in service out of Valhalla.
  4. Good luck with that. Imagine them trying to have cops on every single local bus in the city, it'd be a resource problem on both ends. It would be nice to see MTA PD finally in the subways and buses. I very rarely see them anywhere else outside of Woodside, Jamaica, Grand Central or Penn Station. Police responses can be slow at times too.
  5. I'd argue that if SubChat were to ever disappear for good, it'd be better for everyone else....what a cesspool that place is.
  6. 6216-6218 are in service. Spotted them today on the A. Didn't peep what the other two cars were coupled with it, but those were in service with it as well.
  7. Pick an account fam, you're only allowed to have one account. You have two.
  8. I'm going to reiterate this point once again. You guys really need to stop relying on the discord bot and feed, especially with the source not being as reliable as it seems.
  9. Not sure what this has to do with anything, or why this post was even necessary.
  10. This is not a place for you to act childish, my guy. Either clean up your act or you can see yourself out of this forum, by choice or not. Unless you have actual proof other than hearsay that 9006 has been delivered, we'll take your word for it. Otherwise, Seveneleven is 100% right on his assertion. It's currently not registered in the internal system, nor is it actually listed on Baisley Park's roster of buses.
  11. Just because some folks in here are going nuts over the NGs at CPs, some clarification is needed. These buses will be staying at College Point until retirement, and will get worked done at College Point. Now move on.
  12. There's an entire report from a public transit watchdog group about how Liberty Lines handle funds and how the County has shown massive favoritism towards them. Both the county and Liberty Lines are responsible, however, Liberty Lines is more wasteful with money compared to other smaller agencies, especially with deadhead times and other things.
  13. Late March/Early April is apparently when they'll select who gets control according to one of their addendums.
  14. Eh, not really. Liberty Lines has shafted the county numerous times for money and have done nothing to increase service. They've done more to decrease service in some areas than actually improve service. Last I heard, Liberty Lines and Transdev were among the bidders. If Transdev wins, that would be extremely ironic given that Hudson Link is not that far off, and Transdev had this vision of implementing express routes to/from The Bronx and Manhattan(not drafted yet). They had this idea of replacing the 21 line with an express route.
  15. Until that redesign kicks in, whenever that will be. Whoever gets control of the operation will have to take on the redesign as well, and word is that the county wants Liberty Lines gone(and apparently, they fully own the BxM4C). They've also started retiring the Suburban Orion Vs.
  16. You can use flickr or another image hosting site. imgur or imgbb are some quick ones. You can directly upload pictures onto the forum as well while posting. It should be the attachments part.
  17. You mean MetLife can't afford to make the same mistake....because NJT had a ton of buses ready, and their trains were ready as well. MetLife is to blame for the whole thing, not NJ Transit.
  18. It depends on the type of links, some are temporary, others might be old and expired. Share some posts that have broken links if you can.
  19. Except that wasn't their fault. There was little to no communication with NJT and MetLife Stadium organizers. The folks over at MetLife didn't communicate with NJ Transit.
  20. Probably not. The XDEs have been a mainstay on the 9 as of late.
  21. lol you're all the way in Florida, you definitely don't have a clue about much. And it does matter, prototype cars are basically test fleets, ala R110s. The R211Ts are prototypes to determine to see whether or not the MTA will even consider ordering more open gangway cars. Nowhere in their presentations or memos did they state that they are running a 30-day test. Just because you say they are, doesn't mean they are. The R211A was the baseline for the R211Ts, since the internals are virtually the same except for the gangways and some other minor differences, hence why a 30-day test isn't necessary. Like I said, source your claims and stop spouting nonsense before you end up getting the boot. Flat spots are a common thing out in Staten Island. Whether or not it gets taken care of, it'll happen again, especially with leaves and such on the rails.
  22. Considering that you cant even source your claims, it's evident that you have no clue what you are even talking about.
  23. It's not a pilot....it's a prototype, there's a very big difference.
  24. Source your claim that they said that. As for the R211S, you're assuming that they'll even do a 30-day test.....things are ran differently compared to the subway. Staten Island is a completely different situation considering that this is Staten Island's first new fleet in many years....they'll have to do quite a bit of testing and training before they run those cars in passenger service.
