Don’t believe the rumors. None of u received your test scores yet so how r they going to call from The new exam. U get ur scores and ur list number than a few months later the list is posted. There will be at least 20 guys retiring at the end of the year a few others are on leave already since last month so they will be needing new dispatchers soon just relax. I know it’s easier said than done 

I doubt that’s true it’s only 24 names on the list left the test from a few months ago. Probably won’t be ready to spring 2024 the earliest. There are a lot of guys retiring at the end of this year.

8702 list is almost done now. They will go through it again for those they skipped but iM pretty sure they will call from this list by summer of 2024

Fmla doesn’t effect u . It’s sick days and if u got any major violations 

You won’t go to the mac until the week before the class starts 

This is a fact . It’s 45 coming January 15 is the word. 8-12 ta the rest oa and MTA bus. 

How many ta were in the class?

No September class.. heard they might not have another one till November or December they up To list number 137 

Just got told today to report to Brooklyn on Monday for medical.

If u 128 they prob got to u cause I’m right after you and was told my file was pulled they just waiting on the date of the class. I was told a few weeks ago this information. Think it might be pushed back a week or two

No I think that’s MTA bus.. they still a contract behind. Bus operators are at 36.78 now in ta/oa. I think dispatchers under ta/oa are making more

Does anyone know the hourly pay scale for dispatchers starting and do u reach increments after every year until year 5? I know it’s not salary but hourly. 

Oh ok that sounds a lot better. Cause I keep hearing they short dispatchers out on the ta side. Dudes putting their papers in

Well that’s kind of a. Irate but depends on your record and if ur sick time is substantiated. The gs in my depot stated plus they are not really looking at sick right now due to the pandemic I was told they are aware situations with covid happen they are operators that had covid 2x that’s 10 days sick on two occasions I was told they are focusing on patterns of sick before covid and if u have major violations. Constantly in the boss office etc

Fmla doesn’t get held against u for promotions it’s sick time and violations and it’s the last 3-5 years depending on your record.
