I saw a you tube video where the skips 138th st but arrives on the local track at 149th. Video was from 2 years ago. Is this move still possible?

Southbound 1 trains are running express from 137 St-City College to 96 St while our crews move a train with a mechanical problem at 116 St-Columbia University. For service to/from bypassed stations take a northbound train. Expect delays in 2 and 3 train service as they share the track with rerouted 1trains. Is this true that 2 and 3 trains share a track coming into 96th st in this scenario?
