1. Out of left field: 9425, 9582 & 9585 from Fresh Pond to Flatbush. Received an hour ago and I have no fuccking clue why. #clueless
2. <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="ciboii22" data-cid="630046" data-time="1357673279">
Just thought Id let y'all know, and I'm making my last day this coming Sunday & that's it.

In all honesty, when I see someone making a whole big deal about them leaving and making final notices, etc... It's like you're seeking for attention, bro... If you dipping, then don't make any noise about it, just go ...
3. Correct. The bus wasn't the cause of anything, but due to the impact of the two cars, the red car heading northbound on East 5th bounced into the front of 9570 (bus was sitting still since he saw the black car doing 70+) causing some damage I believe, but the operator is fine. Not a pretty sight. Check the roster next time, rude boy: http://www.ttmg.org/mediawiki/index.php?title=MTA_Regional_Bus_Operations_Depot_Roster lol
4. 9570 will be the next bus to be moved to UP once it's finished with an investigation by officials. It was supposed to be moved with 9644 on Friday night (Saturday morning), but, again... An incident occurred during the move.
5. That don't mean shit bro. My handle is "Acela Express" and I don't know 100% of what's going on with those trainsets at the moment.
6. I'll be the judge of that because when we got 9633 from 126, it was a piece of shit when I drove it on Utica Avenue. 9633 is at UP now btw, and was out of service since October prior to the movement.
7. That hasn't been confirmed 100% yet, so I'm sticking to a "few weeks" until I hear otherwise at the depot.
8. Not sure why we (the Bush) got 9638 when they've been pushing out the '97-98 models to Ulmer Park and a few to Grand Avenue. And pretty soon they'll be all pushed out with the arrival of our new LFSAs in a few weeks.
9. 5840 transferred in from Quill to the Bush this afternoon.
10. Uh, no... That's the run-on/off route for us heading to JFK for the A Shuttle. Some us (including myself) put up different signs as we deadhead. My particular trademark is B46 LTD to Kings Highway, via Utica. But the deadhead is via Utica from the depot, right on Flatlands, right on Pennsylvania, left onto Belt Pkwy entrance, exit at Lefferts Blvd, right on Lefferts, then another right at Aqueduct Rd to the end if the long term parking lot and enter on the left.
11. By the way, 5821 was moved to Casey Stengel this afternoon. That was the best LFSA at Flatbush!
12. Correct. They want to preserve the lifespan of the 9600s and sending them to UP will be less wear & tear, and get more out of the buses before their retirement.
13. I know - I've driven both in the past month before the move to UP. I drove 9644 only about 2-3 times since I've been at Flatbush, and I know about it's whirring sound, but it's great takeoff. Most of the 9600s we had/have are pretty damn good though, and I'll miss them.
14. 9612, 9618, 9648 & 9649 being moved to Ulmer Park tonight from Flatbush. I had 9649 and I had to bring it back to the depot for the bus move. All 4 buses listed above are BEASTS!!!
15. I got some hoes lined up if you guys need to release any stress or tension, because fighting over who saw what bus is lack of bedroom activities.. #justsaying
16. Talk about being late. lol http://www.nyctransitforums.com/forums/topic/37474-b7-makes-a-movement-this-january/#entry590991
17. Well, I found out the official reason why Flatbush is losing a good bit of our 9600s to Flatbush -- it has to do with the mileage put on the buses, and Flatbush is pretty much wearing them out with the routes we operate, so moving them to Ulmer Park will be suitable maintenance wise during the final duration of their lifespan. The only line that will be putting those buses to heavy usage now is the B6.
18. 4965 and others (see TTMG roster) have been moved to the Bush from East New York.
19. 4966, 4976 & 4978 can be added to the ENY -> FLA list. The transfer was a late follow up as they were delivered within the past hour.
20. 4964, 4967, 4973, and 4989 have been transferred to Flatbush from East New York.
