Funny you should post about finally getting to visit the new South Ferry subway station and the terminal. I was eight years old when I first traveled across the waters (on my own). I sang in a church choir at St Paul's (9th and 59th). Have lived upstate for 20 years but made the trip last Monday on MetroNorth and made a special effort to see the changes. Then did some Christmas shopping at J&R. Nice day.
