  1. Damn sleep apnea. I told them I snore at night during a Conductor medical a couple years ago and the quack doc put me on hold to get an overnight sleep apnea study. I went to the place my insurance was willing to cover, they would not answer the door or the phone. Come to find out 3 things, 1: Nobody was there 2: when i contacted them the following monday, I was told they no longer accepted my insurance 3: My insurance would not cover any place else and i had to muster up $2,500 minimum to pay for a study. I never got the money, the list expired, i'm NOT a Subway Conductor...back to the drawing board. Starting to think the universe does not want me at MTA. Well the universe can ---- my 3rd rail, because I WANT IN!
  2. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA...*deep breath*...HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA...*deep breath*...HA
  3. I still have my T/O passbook...green and yellow cover.
  4. So in all the years these people lived here and whined about the stairs, they never learned to shimmy, side step, or straight gorilla their way past people? Or maybe it's just me being a big guy, people usually move when i come up or go down...nobody wants to be run over by the train's little brother, lol. But don't get it twisted, i do use the words Excuse and Me when i need to get by...works most of the time.
  5. I see a judge tomorrow morning about my disqualification. I have everything stacked against me. No lawyer, no legal experience, and a motion to dismiss. Me against the world, yet again, for something i rightfully earned.
  6. Snowbird...makes me think of the all white R29
  7. Depending on the looks of my next check, i'm in.
  8. Am i the only one that hears Marvin Gaye at the beginning of the video?
  9. I always wondered what the hell that noise was. Like the noise Jim Carey made in Dumb and Dumber.
  10. "Yes, they deserved to die, and i hope they burn in " - Samuel L. Jackson.
  11. Gotta be more than just getting your boogie on? Were they being rude? Were they stripping their clothes off? Then again, it's hard for people to believe that there are cops that don't like ANYBODY to have a good time. Mainly because their own lives are in the toilet. So it can be purely because the cop wanted to break someone's balls. Credit cards are not really valid pieces of ID so they get a tour of the station house for a little while. You'd figure with all the shootings and rapists running around the place, the cops would have better things to do.
  12. Stop and frisk is totally constitutional...if the officer has a valid reason to stop a person. For instance, wearing a extra tall bubble jacket in the middle of last week's heat wave...with long metallic objects sticking out the bottom of it. Cop has a valid reason to stop you. Hell, i'd stop you to tell you you're crazier than a % house rat for wearing it in this heat. Now, if a cop stops someone just to get his/her rocks off because he/she has that authority...which DOES happen...then it's unconstitutional and the stoppee has grounds for suit. That's where the problem with it lies: Cops who are less than professional, who act like jerks, treat people like play things...shove people against walls or knocks 'em to the ground...rifles through their pockets and bags...even assaults MEN AND WOMEN SEXUALLY by groping private parts...then gets back into their car and drive off like nothing happened...simply because they can. Not saying that civilians don't get out of hand because yes that happens a lot and when it happens it's usually a reaction to the above actions the officer is doing. That's near the norm. Rarely do you get cops that'll explain the situation or apologize and admit they made a mistake. End of the day, stop and frisk isn't going anywhere. And nothing will get done by both sides as long as they continue to play their little "Blame The NRA" card.
  13. Very true. It's just that you have a lot of cops that like to make their OWN laws up on the spot and try to twist it like the woman was promoting prostitution or she's creating a safety hazard for other people and you have prosecutors that are supposed to know better following the dummy officer's lead. I tend to think cops like this have ugly wives or likes boys, lol. But it's very legal once you get past the BS. I say if the people have a problem with seeing naked people on the beach...build the fence themselves, or don't look. So nevermind the roving gang of knuckleheads or the random hypodermic needle up the rear end, naked people are the real menace to beachgoers.
  14. They never choose me. Yet they chose my "friend"...who has no cleaning experience and a herniated disc in her upper back. Go figure.
