Hey Stan, I saw your posts on the

Lol...don't worry about it. I don't like the station myself as it looks somewhat decrepit with the closed-off mezzanine and crap but IMO it looks better than those stations south of Broadway Junction with those ugly beige tiles!
Utica Avenue is another station I get off at if I take the express, but a lot of hoodlums hang around the plaza at Malcolm X and Fulton so I'm not too keen being in that area at any time of day (unless I have my skateboard

My main gripe is with the new
...I find it ludicrous that the MTA wants to revitalize a 40-year old track that hasn't been used in god knows how long...not to mention that the residents of Middle Village and Glendale BENEFIT from the cuts rather than suffering from them.I'm really starting to detest the MTA as well as the residents of Middle Village and Glendale, Queens. I pray to God that something can be done to reverse all this madness from happening, especially this (M2)/(V) combo.
What do you think about it?

Note: I didn't want us to get off-topic on the best/worst subway cars thread so I'll reply to you here.
I first had an interest in skateboarding back when I was 15. I'm still having difficulty doing tricks so I decided to convert to a longboard, a skateboard made strictly for cruising. But I think I may try rollerblades very soon.

As for busfest, I may or may not go, I'm really not sure right now. I have school until 4, so i hope they let us out early. If they do, I'll get there at 5:30. I really don't follow buses, but since there are railfans there, especially some I know, I'm still debating it.
