A reminder to you guys that I WILL NOT make any more bus or any other signs IF it was plagiarized without my permission because I have caught people trying to do that from bvestation.com and they're making it like it's theirs. It hurts inside me and I never wanted to see that again! Hey everybody! I'm back to making signs right now. I'm only doing Titans at this moment, so the people who requested for other signs have to ask someone else.

I PROMISE I'll get to it!

Today I was stuck in the train for around 12 minutes between 20th Av and Bay Pkwy on the Coney Island bound side, and the R160B announcement said that the train will be at slower speed due to an "earlier incident"! Does anyone know what was going on during that time?

This happened around 3:31pm.

To anyone who is filling requests here:

 

Would you be willing to send me whatever file you have with all the letters and numbers (I assume it's just some image file?) and have me create an automated generator that will allow users to create their own? Similar to what I've done with Amtrak7's Nyc Bus Stop Signs (my automated generator). I will make sure to definitely give you credit once I complete it.

Looks nice. I draw kiddie-based Orion VII's. Not too much is put into the buses I draw. Maybe you can take bus drawing requests later on.

extend B74 via former B4 routing via knapp and neptune to kings plaza

 

Uhh... No! It's enough while traveling through Mermaid Av for riders to take the B74. And by the way, I'm afraid that the ridership will decrease after it reaches the Coney Island-Stillwell Av Station.

To make this more fair, I'll make the contribution of my own!

B2- Eliminated! Like Acela Express said, it's only one block from the B100.

B4- Between Bay Ridge-4th Av and Sheepshead Bay-Knapp St (via 3rd Av, Bay Ridge Pkwy, Avenue Z)

B8- To Bay Ridge-95th St Station southbound at all times! Late nights bus goes to V A Hospital!

B9- Should be extended to Narrows Av-78th St Southbound at all times to prevent too many bus routes at Shore Road-71st St

NOTE: B76 will run to Shore Road-71st St since it's across Bay Ridge Av

B10- Between Pritchard Sq at Windsor Terrace and Bay Ridge-Shore Road/87th Street

B1: Bay Ridge-69 Street-Manhattan Bch via 86 Street & Colonial Road

B4: Bay Ridge-69 Street-Sheepshead Bay. Daily service to Sheepshead Bay

 

WHOA, WHOA, WHOA! The Bay Ridge-Shore Road only can handle two routes. Plus, there are already too many routes there. (B1, B4, B64, B76, X27, and X38). And on weekdays is worse because you have express buses coming! That's even more than Kings Plaza terminal!

 

As you must know, not a lot of people go to Shore Road Terminal every single day. I go there twice a month, and there are only AT LEAST two customers riding the B9 and B64.

 

B10: Prospect Park Station-Bay Ridge via 13 & 14 Avenues

B19: Prospect Park Station-Sunset Park (or Bay Ridge) via 13, 14 Avenues & 65 Street.

 

Please put the specific terminal and we can think about it. Thanks...

 

And If I were you, I wouldn't put the B19 via 65th Street, full of traffic!

 

And the Bay Ridge Av between Bay Parkway and 13th Av should be a two-way road because the sidewalks are wide enough.

 

B16: Prospect Park Station-Bay Ridge via Fort Hamilton Parkway

 

With your B10 and B19 routes, I believe the B16 straight via Fort Hamilton Parkway might work!

 

B64: Bay Ridge-4 Avenue-Bensonhurst (Coney Island in summer) via Bath Avenue & 86 Street.

 

I guess I have my B76 route to cover up Bay Ridge Av instead of the B64.

I see you removed the B33.

On Bay Ridge Av at Bay Ridge, there will be too many routes between 8th Av and Shore Road. My suggestions:

• The terminal of the B9 in the South should be at 86th St and Narrows Av near the Fort Hamilton High School so people who go to Fort Hamilton don't need a transfer. The destination sign should say "Bay Ridge-86th St" and then "via Avenue M, via 60 St".
  
• ThrexxBus: Your B33 should be moved somewhere else because the terminal Shore Road/71st St can handle only two routes (B64, and my B76). It's best if you make it go to Sunset Park-58th St/1st Av where the B11 is so people who need to go to the Medical Center can take your B33 there, so you would be happy! (Turn at Fort Hamilton Pkwy right, then turn to the B11's Southern Terminal that passes the Maimonides Medical Center.)
  
• The B70 should turn at Bay Ridge Parkway and 7th Av, straight to 3rd Av, and then continue to its route! This way, there will not be a lot of buses and traffic is reduced, because the two-way road is narrow.

Changes to some other routes:

• The B4 should go to Sheepshead Bay-Knapp St terminal at all times.
  
• Instead of the B9 turning at Ocean Av and Avenue M, make it Nostrand Av so B9 has more service on Avenue M.
  
• The B64 should go to Coney Island-Stillwell Av station terminal for people who needed to go to Bay Ridge from Coney Island.
  
• The B1 and the B64 should be switched back to the pre-2010 services, where B1 goes to Bay Ridge Av and B64 goes to Bay Ridge-4th Av.

(As a note, where Bay Ridge Avenue is one-way, B33 uses 68 St-Ovington Avenue for other direction. Between Coney Island Avenue & Ocean Avenue, serves Sheepshead Bay Station. Sheepshead Bay loop: Avenue X > Knapp St > Emmons Avenue > Nostrand Avenue > Shore Parkway > Knapp St > Avenue X.

This is almost my idea. I planned for the B76 to run almost the same as the B33. Like I said, the B33 (or B76) can be another B4, because it runs almost parallel to the B4, except it touches each other on Avenue Z.

MY IDEA FOR SOUTH BROOKLYN:

 

B1: Current routing.

B4: Extra runs added.

B8: Full time to Shore Road.

B10a (Or B10):Via 13 & 14 Avenue & Bath Ave to Coney Island. Combined with B64.

B10b (Or B19): Via 13 & 14 Avenues & 65 Street to Sunset Park.

B16: Rerouted along Fort Hamilton Parkway between McDonald Avenue & 58 Street.

B19: See B10a.

B33: Via Avenue X & Bay Ridge Avenue from Sheepshead Bay to Bay Ridge. (Taken partially from ConeyIslandAve7's signature.)

B64: Combined with B10/B10a.

B70: Terminates as Shore Road.

To me, the B1 should go to Shore Road and the B64 to 4th Av Terminal! Make it like it's pre-2010 budget cuts!

The B4 should go to Knapp Street at all times for more ridership services. It can go through the Sheepshead Bay ( station for transfer.

I see what you're trying to do to the B8, but I think it should stay terminated at 95th St Station at all times! We don't want the B8 to be so long like the B6.

I think one route via 13th Av & Bath Av between Coney Island and Shore Road is fine with me. Not a lot of people ride the B64, so there's no need for the B10a.

The B10b idea is not completed. We need to know the terminals first before we examine whether it's a good idea or not.

What's wrong with the B16 going to 13th and 14th Av? Borough Park needed more service, and the B70 is kind of close to Fort Hamilton.

On the B33, the idea that was close to mine, I figured out that it was a bad idea because it's almost the same as the B4. I can make the B76 run through someplace where it's not near either the B4 or the B9. I got nothing so far.

Why B70 to Shore Road? V A Hospital patients or people needed service to Bay Ridge, and Sunset Park by riding this route!
