  1. Maybe a year ago, but at this point, if they were sent to SC, they would still retire in a couple of months. Might as well give SC buses that will be in service longer.
  2. I rode the M100 and M101 on Amsterdam during my college tenure. People will use whatever comes first, and most use these two to get to destinations on 125th Street, especially the subway stations. Thru-riders on the M101 make up a small portion of the ridership. Intra-125th Street riders (between points on 125th Street) will use anything that comes first, whether that be the Bx15, M60, M100, or M101. Nobody is heading from Amsterdam to Randalls. So just forget about that M35/100 combo.
  3. Think they might put the XE60 on display that day?
  4. From the FB Group "Transit Photos and Vidoes" via Mr. Edwards. Originally from Kawasaki: Looks like they'll occupy the 4000s.
  5. Uh, hate to break your delusion, but that has never been the case, especially in the United States. Panhandlers, entertainers, they have always been part of history. Guns or no guns, they've always been there.

  7. The guy is concerned about having nice and neat looking blocks of numbers. It's why he keeps making these hypothetical rosters so that the numbers are all in place. It's like OCD or something.

  10. I spent some time in Brooklyn trying to catch some RTS, seeing that 1) I don't go to Brooklyn that much and 2) their days are limited. 24. Seems like someone is more interested in drawing lines on a map and making hypothetical fleet rosters without paying attention to what is actually needed or how things work.
