  1. Improve existing subway lines and build and construct brand new lines. Listen people, the plan that I have in mind will benefit New Yorkers 30 to 60 years from now. Let's be real people, if the MTA doesn't extend or build new lines it will be a nightmare trying to get anywhere 30 years from today. I predict that in the year 2050, NYC population will be at least 15 million people. We have to think out of the box... we must think about the "System 21" proposal for NYC. Mass transit will be better and will reach new yorkers in all of the 5 bouroghs including a rail tunnel from Manhattan to Staten Island and Brooklyn to Staten Island!!!
