  1. I don’t trust web/wiki sources that I find randomly. The link is: https://mtanyctransitfanon.fandom.com/wiki/Historical_MTA_Regional_Bus_rosters_(2005-2015)_(mtamaster_edition) But, is any of this info true: 2005-2006 - MTA bus is formed over the years, and as a result, merged 9 different private companies into one. These buses were gained from the companies and renumbered to reflect the change: 1995 Fixible Metro E 40102-4D: 1550-1599 for Queensboro (Q101, Q102, Q103, Q104, Q105, QM1, QM1A) 1600-1629 for Eastchester (Bx23, Bx70, Bx72, BxM6, BxM7, BxM7A, BxM7B, BxM9, BxM10: 1630-1649 for Williamsburg (B102, B110, BM10, BM11, BM12, BM15) Can anyone identify: 1995 Fixible Metro E 40102-4D buses - did they exist on an official MTAB roster? What private operators did they come from? Did they ever run for MTAB? Was there a Williamsburg depot, and where was it located?
  2. Speaking of NovaBus problems, Montreal has had more than its share: Some of Montreal's new hybrid buses sent back to factory for repairs: https://montrealgazette.com/news/local-news/some-of-montreals-new-hybrid-buses-sent-back-to-factory-for-repairs Many of the hybrid buses in the STM's first major order had a defect: https://montrealgazette.com/news/local-news/many-of-the-hybrid-buses-in-the-stms-first-major-order-had-a-defect I hope NYC has better luck when the LFS hybrids arrive.
  3. So glad you unretired - I was already missing your wonderful posts.
  4. I couldn’t find the month-by-month new bus delivery schedule (quantity and depot) for XD40, XD60, LFS and LFSA. Is this still going to be part of the first page of Fleets and Depots? I love the idea of posting the latest info at the top of each page. Thanks to ENY!
  5. I'm surprised that (so far) none of the XD40 or LFS options are going to Manhattan. Other than XE40 testing on the M42, are there any specifics on new or transferred 40' buses for Manhattan depots?
  6. That information is on page 16 of the document.
  7. Why are some folks asking about the XD40 delivery schedule? Look at the first page of this thread: Delivery for the next options are scheduled as follows: 60 buses scheduled to begin delivery/production April-June (XD40) 120 buses between July-September (XD40) 220 buses between October-December (XD40 and LFS) 20 buses between January and February 2017 (LFS) Obviously the schedule has changed since this info was posted. According to the MTA 2015-19 Capital Plan Document (page 182), $397.5 million is supposed to go to "purchase 628 standard diesel buses" in 2016. So, we'll have to wait and see when the purchase is finalized.
  8. Dante, Please keep up the great posting. It's the only place we can get the latest, on NYC bus orders. Thanks for all of your work, and info.
  9. Shouldn't the Nova LFS numbers be 8090-8503, which would equal 414 buses ENY's pictures of 7090 are awesome!
  10. Glad you're back at Forums. Thanks for your efforts regarding the RTS, and for telling us the full story.
