    Don't think I've ever ridden a new bus in it's first weeks of service. I've been on the XD60 twice in the first 3 days of service without trying. I guess it's luck?

      I took the new XD60's twice during the week they were introduced and I tried getting on 5987 the other day but it wasn't out by the time I got to Jamaica.

    I kinda like the NICE XN40's more than our XD40's, but they should really maintain them better.

      Less seats because thats how the manufacturer spec's them, not the MTA.

      IDK, Apparently they have cameras that enable the driver to see traffic BEHIND them..... If that's the case, then that alone shits on our XD40's IMO....

    Looks like Port Washington branch experienced a 2 hour early shutdown. Train has been stuck there for quite a damn long time, and everything from that line is being canceled.

    Was not a fun night to commute, got caught up on i-95 due to a horrible accident. Traffic was moving extremely slow until emergency vehicles came up, blocked off the road. Luckily, was right next to an exit and had to take a reroute since they blocked off the interstate for quite a bit.

    Commuting home, I proceeded to see a large tow truck (the type that tows buses) towing a flatbed tow truck that was towing a car.

    WTF? So we purchased two day passes ($9.95 + tax) for CitiBike, and it says it was $39.09. We docked the bike and got a new code at around every 30 minutes, and the person who was there to help w/ the bikes said "it won't matter if you're late a little." WTF?

      Well did you all dock your bikes properly? Did you go over the time allotted? If not dispute the charge and you'll like be refunded the money on the card.

      I went over the time once or twice by like a minute or two, but the CitiBike personnel who were at Lafayette & Spring Street told me that it's fine if you go over the time by a little.

    I've ridden R188 7888-7898 4 times in 4 weeks without even trying...... and R188 7833-7843 two times in two weeks.

      There's another transit forum I go on where's a whole thread dedicated to the topic of "stalker units". Back in the days of Toronto's H5s, I used to see two particular pairs on a semi frequent basis, every time I'd go hunting. But then they were retired :(

    Chrome just can't work correctly. Getting 2-3 pop-up messages from the browser saying "Your profile could not open correctly" is annoying as hell.
