The heist came out?????? Wow haven't payed attention. Ima go back to playing

We were talking about story mode heists... GTA Online's heists aren't out yet even though they will be out soon!

Yeah I figured, a lot could go wrong with the subtle with one car being busted and a loss of a quarter of the loot. at least the obvious was the helicopters and i would rather crash my chopper than to lose the half if the other one crashed. The shootout looked tougher with the subtle as well. I don't really like close quarters compared to more open spaces.

The merryweather freighter boat heist, I did the 'subtle' where you sniped the sub off the cables than to do an airlift. Basically up till the last one I was doing the subtle choice.

The FIB tower one, I did the firetruck option instead of the parachute option.

I also fully exploited the cletus hunting 'glitch' where you can drive onto the army base and take the lazer, buzzard and tank. All of them are now saved on my properties and I'm just raising hell in all 3.

 

Also i got 4 ppl for the altruist cult to trigger the compound shootout. At the end it was a nice clean up of 100k from 4 briefcases. Now i can return to the compound as franklin or mike and get the rpg and armor.

I went with the smart choice in the first hiest!

I went with the freighter choice in the second!

I also went with the firetruck choice!

I just got platinum trophy (Get all trophies) on GTA V a little while back!

Finished the main storyline of gta 5. So happy with that. the big heist mission was crazy as well. This is the first game that I didn't use the cheat. It helped that they allow you to skip segments or I'd be stuck. I can't land my bike on the damn train. 

I think I remember you saying you went with the obvious choice with the last heist... I picked the subtle choice! 

Whats up with the Next Gens on the Bx1 and 2 as its an artic route and a SBS bus on the Bx1(5780)?

The NG's appear on the Bx1/Bx2 from time to time... Also the Orion V at times... That is nothing new... It's been a while since I seen a wrapped LFSA on that route...

Has anyone seen any NG's on the Bx15 since the split between WF and KB? Would like to see a photo of it! Haven't seen it myself yet...

The Karma is a Hybrid... You can drive it in full electric mode or sport mode which has the engine and battery running it...

Speaking of the Karma, It's in GTA V known as the khamelion... (Any one get a reference that Rockstar did?) Only available in full electric though... It's only available for people who bought the Collector's Edition! It's a fun vehicle to drive but it's to quiet for me... I like to hear the power from a vehicle's engine when I drive vehicles...

Maybe... If what I heard is true, then it can be possible with the other depots too...

I've noticed that as well when waiting for the BxM4.  Why is that? Not enough artics or what?

Not very sure... I heard that some ops at KB don't want to use the artics... So they take out the NG/O5 instead... Not sure how true that is though...

3960 is on the Bx2    isnt it an artic route?

Yes, it's an artic route but you do get the occasional NG/O5 on the Bx2 and other artic KB routes...

Well I survived black Friday, but the main prize: gta5 was out of reach. All 3 stores I went to: best buy, target, walmart all listed it around $60. So just gonna have to wait longer for it. That said I was at the stores just before 6am, and the target was like a ghost town with a handful of people in concentrated areas. Best buy, the store looked like a mess with boxes laid around like some sort of maze. Workers there seemed more interested chatting with each other than assisting. Walmart, it wasn't too bad, being so big with ppl spread out, but the main walkways towards the exits were a bit crowded. That said nothing major other than some new sneakers and jeans and some flash drives.

Damn... How about trying online? Maybe you'll find a good deal! What system are you trying to get it for?

Well, i used to go like 7am, but with the stores opened after thursday night, the crowds aren't as bad like when it was the 'running of the bulls'. So in a way the crowds seem more spread out. I don't expect much, but I pick out whatever stuff is left. $10 for a bluray dvd movie that would've been $20+ isn't too bad. A $60 game for $35, very good. So this year I'm hoping to get gta5 for something like that especially since it's been out for over 2months.

Nope... Who ever put that info about FP having XD40's/LFSA's and among other false info there is either very blind thinking he's/she's seeing artics at FP or really is dumb... Or both...

I saw that a lot back when WF had a bunch of Orion V's... Since KB's got the local Bx15, haven't seen anything but D60's/LFSA's/XD60's... What I want to see is an NG on it!

Playing this game I noticed in Los Stanos the Bridges at the bottom of the map look similar to the Bridges in SI... The one closest to the Airport reminds me of the Verrazano Bridge and second one looks some kind of hybrid of the Outerbridge/Bayonne/Goethals Bridges. I wonder if these bridges were originally supposed to be in IV but Rockstar took them out once they made the decision that they wasn't going to put Staten Island in the game because it was "too boring".

 

The Verrazano knockoff can even be seen from far away thought the city like in real life...

 

 

And it turns out they do have the Tank in the game, the AI used it against me in a heist mission and YT videos showing how to steal one from the base in the game.

That bridge near the LS airport is not based on the Verrazano... It's based off the Vincent Thomas bridge in LA...

Yes, the tank is in the game... If you want a personal one, You'll need an airplane hanger and save up 3 mil... Or if you're more daring, go to Fort Zancudo and attempt to steal one (Which is very hard without the invincibility cheat code...) You'll still need a hanger though...

Story line wise, I have about 90% completed!

Online wise, I was able to finally make it past the first mission about 2 days ago... I will say that besides all of the glitches, GTA Online is pretty fun!

On a side note, Rockstar has released a patch for the PS3... A patch for the Xbox 360 will be coming out soon according to them...

Played some GTA Online this morning. It's very addicting with the missions and all the things you can do, with even more stuff coming. Definitely worth the wait from the release date of the actual game.

At least you were able to play... I tried to get online this morning and couldn't get a single mission or even free roam... I will try again in a few mins...
