why did (NYCT) repaint R33 #9206 - #9207 to silver ( Gray blue

scheme paint color.? #9206 - #9207 look ugly silver scheme color.

why cant they leave #9206 - #9207 alone. just leave the color way it

is. known as redbird car.?

THen it wouldn't be the "train of many colors" would it?

It's a quick and easy fix to restore a paint scheme many people remember. Just cuz you don't like it doesn't mean someone who rode the subway in the 70s wouldn't get a little nostalgic riding a car with that paint silver/blue stripe scheme.
