stupid question but, how does this work? you get a schedule where these trains are leaving from and then ride them all over town? If i'm waiting at the platform for a train can i jump in and take these trains? thank you.

umm this is a tour of course, So its limited capcity. Which means you had to meet at Grand Central on the 20th and had to pay the price to get in $10 for anyone under 17 with adult, Adult $30, Members $25, ether in advanced or at GC (S) platform. And then they give u a a rest band you put on so when breaks come in for photography or switching trains or for lunch breaks you can access the System for free at the Station told as well as geting into the cars. but for that day only.

The Next time the TOMC will be out will be Summer 2010 of course. The next Tour to come is teh R1/R9s for the IND which is in August, which is similar to the TOMC/Lo-V Tour.

Hope that helps~

The trains will NOT always leave from GCT. If you buy your ticket in advance you will get directions on where to go. If you don't, you will have to rely on others who did or know what's going on...or you can call and try and reserve right at the very end (late in the week before the trip), but they won't be taking reservations so you will just get a message telling you the reporting location for the trip, and you will have to pay there. Tickets are only sold at the reporting location, and only people who bought tickets can ride. You will NOT be allowed on the train without buying a ticket, and you can't do it once the trip starts.

A trip ticket only allows you to access the station the trip is using, and only while the train is there. You can't just use it as a "fun pass" throughout the whole system.
