Paul P Posted July 6, 2009 Share #29 Posted July 6, 2009 Yes, not if we're talking about them going into Penn, the DE #400s mostly stay on the east (farther in LI) or serve to the city (Jamaica, LIC, etc...) w/o using the tunnel to Penn, which they're not allowed to.
