Possibly it was using a Gun Hill bus for extra service. Similar to when I saw a Bx40/42(Gun Hill Bus) running KingsBridge New Flyers D60HF.. Only the Bx40 because they start at Westchester Square and terminate somewhere in Throgs Neck depending if anyone else is still on, then switch into the Bx8 at Locust Point.
