LRG Posted July 15, 2009 Share #1 Posted July 15, 2009 I came from doing an errand for mom near West End. I was heading to the 62nd Street Station and I missed an train but apparently it got stalled. (The good news is that I saw an R40M, although it was on garbage duty.) and trains ran Express from Bay Parkway to Ninth Avenue. In addition, and trains are messed up in Manhattan due to a signal problem at 28th Street. The weird part of this day was that I could have sworn I saw an 8-car R160 on Culver!
