Id doubt R32s as the (F)s are not on R32s as of 2 week ago i think.. And yes this General Order Detour is a part of the Jay Street Rehab. are going Local from 207 to Jay Sts, during the None Night hrs.. So Express will go for the Fulton St Line. Because It was controled by Crews, It only did 1 round trip, Expect to see some SMEE's on the this weekend. The will be Only R160/46's, The will have a Huge amount of SMEE's or the and the will have mostly R46's and Hopefuly a few SMEE's R32's and R40M's and R42's, Mostlikely R32's only like Janaury. If you are talking about 167th St Manhattan..
