This bus never even made it into service or any bus roadeo, why was it redone then retired RIGHT after?

 

 

Never made it into service? It didn't even leave the friggin' yard after it came back from the paint shop---until it got sent to the ECH graveyard.

 

The problem is that afterward, the creation of Regional Bus became official, and the MTA Bus roadeo became redundant.

 

(Sorry for the outburst, but it's a waste.)
