DOB2RTO Posted December 24, 2007 Author Share #27 Posted December 24, 2007 They should just take off the blue stripe entirely, if they are going to be lazy and not put it on the back.

I don't think it looks too bad. I kind of like it. The white back really gives the buses a really nice clean look.

I love it. Just paint the whole bus white and not half a$$ the yob. I'm tired of the played out blue stripe anyway, and wish they would just go with the all white scheme. Maybe a huge MTA wrap on the rear (power) unit of artics, and in the middle of the other buses would work better.

What about this? http://www.ttmg.org/photos/tlogan/NYCB_NFI_3064Ta.jpg http://www.ttmg.org/photos/tlogan/NYCB_NFI_3064Tb.jpg (back) But IMO, the artics should be all white with just the MTA logo on the front and sides and then the necessary lettering like New York City Transit. I've seen those pics of that bus on another site (BusTalk IIRC), and there at Trevor's site. I REALLY love that entire scheme, and it would be appropriate for the new low floor artics that suppose to arrive whenever. On the high floor, I think it would be ugly. The shape and configuration of the low floor bus windows, adds something to that scheme.

Make it zazzle and hot. Haven't thought up of anything yet, but when I think of something, I'll post it.
