nycbusfan Posted August 27, 2009 Share #129 Posted August 27, 2009 8561 & 8921 are now at the LGA depot. that 8921 is a rocket, I hope LGA doesn't destroy it. I also saw 9174 on the Q72 today.
Grand Concourse Posted August 27, 2009 Share #130 Posted August 27, 2009 9300 and 9328 are still in service. They will be heading to LaGuardia pretty soon. Finally, so then LGA will have nearly all of Ulmer's 9300's. Btw, anyone know when/where the Flatbush 8400's are going? Granted I didn't get a good enough sample in 10min, but not once did I see an 8400 on the B41 today.
T J Trainman Posted August 27, 2009 Share #131 Posted August 27, 2009 Very interesting. 8446, 9259, & 9291 were on the Q-49 today.
Grand Concourse Posted August 27, 2009 Share #132 Posted August 27, 2009 The 84xx RTS' are likely going to Baisley Park. Oic, thanks. I'll miss them, but if Baisley Park is as good as former JBI, I think those 8400's should be in decent hands.

Eric B Posted September 1, 2009 Share #145 Posted September 1, 2009 I have been informed as of last night that the LGA depot will be taking over the Q-101 beginning the winter pick. Trainspot will this mean that LGA will see more Novas etc? What about the Q102 (I thought they were going to take over 101-104 together). Would be interesting to see both colors of the same model: Orion VII OG's, on the island (RIOC red, MTA blue/white).

Bracamonte Posted September 1, 2009 Share #147 Posted September 1, 2009 When these routes are taken over by LGA, what will happen to the Orion V CNG's that operated on those routes?
T J Trainman Posted September 1, 2009 Share #148 Posted September 1, 2009 CP will probably keep some of them. The others will be transfered to the WF depot.
Grand Concourse Posted September 1, 2009 Share #149 Posted September 1, 2009 When these routes are taken over by LGA, what will happen to the Orion V CNG's that operated on those routes? Well so far I don't see the Q66 or Q65 mentioned, so there'll still be a few CNG's around for those lines at least. Speaking of West Farms, are they going to give JG back those O7's they've taken over the past few months? Or is JG fine as it is now?
M. Friday 1986 Posted September 2, 2009 Share #150 Posted September 2, 2009 Speaking of West Farms...8875 fresh out of MJQ was running on the Bx6 Hunts Point-bound. My apologies if it's old news... : ) MF'
