Also, the city of Hampton used the older HRT buses as school buses for middle and high schools until this year, which is why the older buses have caution signs on the side. The '95 Phantoms are the only ones that are still being used in normal service out of the older buses on the Peninsula.

no, they were using the Flxibles as school buses for middle and high schools, but the City of Hampton decided to use their own school buses starting this coming school year so the Flxibles are very likely no longer going to be used.
