MTARegional Bus Posted August 9, 2009 Share #9 Posted August 9, 2009 Yea but I kind wished that he would though the economic impact first before building the express way,but then again NYC was a corrupt city back then,so I don't really blame him, people that worked in big business in the city didn't really lived in city,that's way the express way was made.witch I think and this is just my option that cause the city to go bankrupt.
