You must have some sort of back-door number, because I work for the City, and neither myself nor any of my many co-workers have ever spoken to a real person at DCAS, much less get transferred to anyone (or anything) offering help. No other user from the forum has gotten anything else and no mention of anything on subchat. Also, primomjr78, you PMed stating that you didn't receive nothing and that "DCAS" mailed you a duplicate yet you have your list number? This reeks of fish. Topic closed until further notice.
