Eastman346 Posted November 24, 2007 Share #1 Posted November 24, 2007 Will there be a subway route that will get an A grade in this marking period?
Harry Posted November 24, 2007 Share #2 Posted November 24, 2007 I'll seriously doubt that there will be an A grade given to a NYC subway route. I don't think we'll see one in the next decade or so.
trainfan22 Posted November 24, 2007 Share #3 Posted November 24, 2007 yes i think the Q line has a chance of getting an A grade or maybe the N line because of the R160

I already know what I'm going to give the route. Definitely, the Q and / or N should have a nice chance in the B grade range. However, Harry, after your posts and experiences in the past week with the Nancy, and not showing up, how do you feel about it?
Queens Surface Posted November 24, 2007 Share #6 Posted November 24, 2007 I voted no because the NYC Subway is fill with steel dust and garbage and rats
Tracknut Posted November 25, 2007 Share #7 Posted November 25, 2007 yes i think the Q line has a chance of getting an A grade or maybe the N line because of the R160 I agree that the Q line has the best chance of getting an A grade. Its always there. I wouldn't mind it getting a B-+.
sebbieprops Posted November 25, 2007 Share #8 Posted November 25, 2007 I'd say it's possible for either the , , or 42nd Street Shuttle. Other than that, I highly doubt it. R32 3348 Posted November 25, 2007 Share #11 Posted November 25, 2007 The N has no chance of getting an A. The wait times will drag it down, and so will delays. IMO, the N is a great line, especially with the R160s. Tell that to about a million other people who use the N...
Pablo M 201 Posted November 25, 2007 Share #12 Posted November 25, 2007 I really doubt any route would get an A as a grade. Theres always something there in every line that people would grade poorly and thus ruining the chances of a line getting an A grade. The has no chance of getting an A, mainly because of how the schedule is set up for the line and the delays it encounters alot. Also the G.O.s on the line. I agree that the could get an a, but cleanliness and when the line goes FUBAR might hurt its chances. We'll just have to wait to see the final results. R1Toasty Posted November 25, 2007 Share #13 Posted November 25, 2007 Seeing how brutal the ratings have been, there won't be an A for a while.

BMT4Life Posted November 26, 2007 Share #15 Posted November 26, 2007 I'm going to vote no on this poll. My wife and my neighbor use the D and they have no complaints about it. Even though I would like the West End to receive an D I highly doubt it will. I don't see any line getting an A grade but it will interesting to see once all the routes are graded. TransitGuy Posted November 29, 2007 Share #21 Posted November 29, 2007 I'm sorry but theres no way that a subway line in NYC will get an A. I think the highest grade that we will see is a C. In order for them to get an A, the MTA would have to pull a miracle and invest a lot of money to fix and keep things together.
