Tri-Met of Portland apparently runs alot of buses that dont have air conditioning. Apparently, public transporation, isn't one of Oregon's priorities. Tri-Met's buses are so bad, they make Suffolk Transit look beautiful. Watch this guy who drives for Tri-Met blog about the conditions there. would never run garbage like that.
