angelausp Posted September 9, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 9, 2009 I read a recent news story that stated government officials believe that in order to properly combat the H1N1 virus, they need the cooperation and assistance from businesses. They are depending on businesses to help manage swine flu this fall by insuring that all vulnerable workers are properly vaccinated and to encourage employees with symptoms to stay home. They are also recommending that companies limit face-to-face meetings, company travel, and to expect employee absences due to the flu. At my work, we have non alcoholic antibacterial spray at every desk and even have a few respirators and facemask lying around. What preventive measures is your job taking?
