This applies for college just school lol.I attend Transit Tech HS in Bklyn I'm a freshman,I live in the Bronx near Bedford Pk Blvd.I leave my house around 6:40am everyday and take the 4 train to Fulton St & take the A to Euclid takes me 1hr 10min or so to get there and home.

Heres my schedule:

I like my schedule and I get home around 3:35,Transit Tech is a great school,it seems far but its not.(20min from Euclid to Bway-nAssau\Fulton St)20min up the Lex Fulton-125th(20min)up the Jerome Av.
