Urbanfortitude Posted September 18, 2009 Author Share #7 Posted September 18, 2009 Medium Rare...I've been thinking about trying Rare but hasn't happened yet. So far the best places for burgers in my opinion is this diner off Clark Street with Jackson Hole as a close second. I haven't had a steak in a long time
Joe Posted September 18, 2009 Share #8 Posted September 18, 2009 Extra well. I'm very sensitive to raw meat. You'd hate to eat over my house then. Both my father and I like our steaks "barely dead". Sometimes you can still hear her moo while you're chewing.

metsfan Posted September 18, 2009 Share #13 Posted September 18, 2009 Medium rare to medium well, depending on the place, the type of meat & its intended purpose. When i grill burgers though i always cook them well done just in case. - A
