Extra Rare, Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well, Extra Well?

 

How do you just HAVE to have that thick burger or juicy steak cooked and where have you tasted the best?

(W)ell I love the way my Hamburger taste ,you could just tell how that cow died of natural causes lol mmmmm I love my dead cow (W)ell done plus I love my burger with fried peppers/fried onions with gyro white sauce and ketchup mmmmmm hot damn who did I make hungary??(K)<R>

tested this at Family corner for a decade or more 31st 21 ave diner

 

Smith and (W)olenski's makes (A) mean butterfly steak O man their expensive but worth it

Medium Rare...I've been thinking about trying Rare but hasn't happened yet. So far the best places for burgers in my opinion is this diner off Clark Street with Jackson Hole as a close second. I haven't had a steak in a long time

Extra well. I'm very sensitive to raw meat.

 

You'd hate to eat over my house then. Both my father and I like our steaks "barely dead". Sometimes you can still hear her moo while you're chewing.

Medium rare to medium well, depending on the place, the type of meat & its intended purpose. When i grill burgers though i always cook them well done just in case.
