bessarion Posted September 23, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 23, 2009 Hello all, I havnt visited in a while because I was working in Hong Kong, I have a month off to go back home to Toronto Canada, I have decided to make a one week trip to NYC and railfan! B) I have done a little research, since I last came to NYC in March 2009, I found out.. all r38 and r40 series trains are gone, incl slants, and straight ends. r32's are still alive and can be seen on A,B,C,V lines. E and F lines are all R160's now as for IRT lines, nothing has really changed since I last visited. anything else I missed? when I come in Oct what should I do? which trains should I ride? I know the r32's are a must when I am there as I don't know if I will be able to ride them again once they retire. Any suggestions B)
