mjacobs5 0 Posted October 7, 2009 Share #1 Posted October 7, 2009 I have an employee who constantly uses subway delays as an excuse for being late. I was hoping that I could find up to date information about specific delays in order to check her stories.
Y2Julio 206 Posted October 7, 2009 Share #2 Posted October 7, 2009 You can ask your employee to call the MTA at (718) 330-1234 or call 311 and ask for a delay-verification letter so that you can validate if it's true or not. The MTA will look and see if there was a delay on that line at the time that the alleged delay happened. IF there was indeed a delay, the MTA will mail your employee a letter in 1-2 weeks.
