Graduate Record Exam: How long does it take to study for it

Assume the following:

 

I am not naitive English Speaker, and took SAT test back in 1995. My verbal ability was almost 400. My plans include taking GRE in the late January, 2008.

 

What would you recomend to do:

1)how many words do I need to study,

what is the best memorization anlorythm?

2)When to start sentence completion, analogies practice?

 

When is the best time to register? And how (Inet, phone, mail)

If I want to take a test ONLY IN BROOKLYN.

Plus, I need it to to start no later then from 12 to 3PM

Will I be able to chose a timespot?
