Im from transit tech and im a freshman and was wondering who else from there is on transit forums...

I attended Tech from 1999-2003.Not really what I expected when I arrived.Im not sure how things are now.

The Curriculum is no different than public schools. No tuition to pay buddy.

It's a vocational high school in East New York. It trains kids to be MTA mechanics. There was this guy who passed away two years ago who went there. Subchatters remember Dante Angerville. He was valedictorian of Transit Tech. I didn't always see eye to eye with him but he's a cool guy.

i heard about this school years ago, I was going to apply for this school. but not worth switching High School. Though it looks like an awseome place. Im guessing this is more of a "Rail Fan" Paradise and foamers. But doesnt matter, its still a cool school. In the past i never knew a school like this houses a subway car, the R30 and now R40M[i think].

 

Now i wonder if the t/a allows people from here to work with them..
