Urbanfortitude Posted October 23, 2009 Share #4 Posted October 23, 2009 The 1st one hurt my eyes to look at because of the glare off the train. The rest of them are great.

Grand Concourse Posted October 23, 2009 Share #8 Posted October 23, 2009 Excellent pics and great coverage! I do hate what they did at Newkirk though, the very southern tip of the s/b platform is narrow as it is. Did they have to wall off the exact half of the platform? Also I'm not sure if it is possible to do, but I hope they widen the platform at Newkirk, cuz that just too narrow there. Obviously to do so would mean they'd have to dig up the foundations to realign the track, but since it isn't being used now, it would be a good time to 'dig'. MattTrain Posted October 23, 2009 Share #9 Posted October 23, 2009 You got the Cortelyou Road Bumper blocks, a curve "connecting" the express track and local, and the Avenue J overpass. Excellent work.
