N-Trizzy2609 Posted November 4, 2009 Share #1 Posted November 4, 2009 http://cbs3.com/local/SEPTA.train.fire.2.1290842.html PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) - A SEPTA Regional Rail train caught fire Wednesday morning on the tracks in West Philadelphia. The inbound train caught fire at about 7 a.m. at 52nd Street and Lancaster Avenue, just blocks from the Overbrook station. Authorities say the two lead trains caught fire and approximately 100 passengers were safely evacuated. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation, however, initial reports indicate leaves on the tracks may have contributed to the blaze. ___________________________________________________________________ Damn during the strike too!
