EE Broadway Local Posted November 4, 2009 Share #5 Posted November 4, 2009 ! The and running express and the ( and running local southbound and regular northbound. 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday through Friday means the morning rush hour will be fun for Concourse riders and good for Washington Heights riders. Concourse Express Posted November 4, 2009 Share #6 Posted November 4, 2009 What's the reason for this? Are they repairing the wye south of 59 St on the downtown side? A few years back, uptown (A)/© ran via CPW express and uptown (:)/(D) ran via CPW local for a few months due to switch replacement S/O 59 St. Also, is it safe to assume the will run via Concourse Express during the AM rush? I see nothing that indicates otherwise...! Yeah, it's gonna be "fun" all right (not) - and on the week of my birthday, no less!!
R62A 1991 Posted November 4, 2009 Share #7 Posted November 4, 2009 This is going to be good for those who want a guaranteed chance of an RFW along the CPW express. But, for riders, they probably will still run the Concourse Express, but cross over right after 145th St to the local. This might bunch up the ( & though. But, we'll see what happens. PATCOman Posted November 5, 2009 Share #14 Posted November 5, 2009 Excellent, if 1. I have 11/16 off and 2. NYC does not get the Eagles-Chargers game, I can ride an R32 express to the bar!
