Cait Sith Posted November 6, 2009 Share #8 Posted November 6, 2009 I have a question regarding the cars. Do they come with the shorter couplers or do you have to buy those separately? I seen some videos on youtube with these cars with the shorter couplers which makes it look more realistic and without that crazy big gap between cars. AA 8th Avenue Posted November 8, 2009 Share #10 Posted November 8, 2009 You can purchase shorter couplers for a more prototypical look. You just have to either get the installations done by a certified center or risk the warranty. They do look better after the modifications but in order to do so. After the modifications are done they can no longer run on a tighter radius curve. They must be run on wider curves like O-54 and higher.
